Starry Night Blanket/Afghan (PDF Crochet Pattern)

Starry Night is a blanket made of hexagon motifs. The design features a very subtle star shape, which can be seen when laid flat on a bed. The motif is a simple 2 round motif and is suitable for beginners.

You will need:
11 skeins of The Natural Dye Studio’s Angel 4 ply/sock yarn OR The Natural Dye Studio Dazzle Sock/4ply yarn,
The colours do not need to be from the same dye lot, as long as they are very similar they can be mixed dye lots.
8 skeins of colour 1 – semi solid
3 skeins of colour 2 – variegated

Crochet hook size 4 mm or size needed to gain correct tension.
A blocked hexagon motif should measure 3” from joining point to joining point.

The blanket measures 54 x 60 inches
There are 553 motifs in total, however Starry Night can be made any size you wish.
