Delivery Policy

All our packages are sent by first class or Airmail.
We post every weekday and aim post your package within 24 hours of recieving payment, orders recieved during the weekend will be posted monday.

Our post prices are calculated by weight and are the actual Royal Mail prices + 50p to cover packing, stickers, petrol etc

Returns Policy

We respect your statuatory right to a 7 day 'cooling off' period following the receipt of your goods in which you may choose to return the goods for whatever reason.  You will be refunded in full, excluding the cost of returning the goods.  The refund will be processed on receipt of goods back into our care.

If you choose to return the goods after this period we reserve the right to refuse refund unless the goods are defective or damaged.  Refunds will be deal with on a case by case basis. We may choose to offer a 'voucher' instead of a cash refund, and we will advise you accordingly if this is our decision. 

Please email us immediately at dyestudio@hotmail.com if you decide to return otherwise we will be unaware of your intentions and this may result in disappointment on your part.
